DAY TWO
Day two of We Have Our Own Concept of Motion followed on the discussions that had continued through night on twitter on the #timeandmotion tag. The group took stock of the previous day and anticipated the evening presentation with Nina Wakeford.
Nina Wakeford who isĀ a sociologist, anthropologist and artistĀ discussed the issues around self organization within the Women’s Movement in London in the 80’s with focus on the movements fracture focussing on the protest at Greenham Common. The event responded to the discussions of the previous evening and with a smaller group members of the audience were asked to collaborate in delivering the presentation - listen HERE.
