Auto Italia LIVE

From Lucky PDF TV this was Auto Italia LIVE transformed the project space into a functioning independent TV studio. Produced by Auto Italia this project showcased new work from both established and emerging artists, with the weekly episodes presenting projects engaged with the traditions and contemporary forms of broadcast media. The programme focused on artistsʼ relationships to mainstream media and cultural programming, as well as the historic role of artists accessing and exploiting the format of TV as a platform to present work, projects and themselves.

 The inaugural episode of this internet mini series. Featuring Cody Critchloe from the mid-west DIY sensation SSION, this interview references the infamous Barbara Walters/Courtney Love encounter and sees Cody affirm his DIY star status as he talks about punk girls in Kansas City and corrects some of the biggest misconceptions about him. Invited by Lucky PDF the episode also includes Frances Scott and is complimented by a presentation from Ben Vickers who gives us a round up of the best of the internet. This also features an intervention from Lulu Li, titles by Chris King and set design by Edward Cotterill.
